In Liberia, Montserrado County Senator Darius Dillon says the Senate will not concur with the House of Representatives to make drug offences non-ballable, on grounds that it would create overcrowding of prisons.
According to the Senator, the decision of the House to make the drug offences act non- ballable for both the traffickers and the end users will create more harm than good if the Senate were to concur with the House.
