In Liberia, the United Methodist Human Rights Monitor has released their 2021 human rights report, alarming over the rise in rape and other sexual related offences.
According to the Monitor’s Program Manager, Jefferson Knight, the government failed miserably scoring 40% in the areas of security and provision of basic social services for Liberians.
