A total of 35 Short Term Observers (OCTs) from several countries are deployed throughout Ivorian territory as part of the presidential election.

Valdiodio Ndiaye, Resident Director of Joint International Election Observation Mission (MIOE), in a statement on Wednesday said the IEOM has been present in the country since August 2020.
