In the last six months, buildings have collapsed in the island state killing dozens of people.
The recent incident occurred on Sunday at about 10:45 pm when a four-storey building collapsed. So far ten people have been confirmed dead and 28 others rescued.
While rescue operation is still ongoing for trapped persons by the state emergency management agency, the exact number of occupants in the building at the time of the incident is unknown.
