Nigeria’s electoral umpire, ahead of the State elections scheduled for next Saturday, has met with the National Security Adviser and other security chiefs.
The meeting, according to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Mahmood Yakubu, is to provide the commission and the security establishments the opportunity to review their performances.
