Education authorities in Ivory Coast have warned public school teachers who are currently on strike in demand of a pay rise and better working conditions to report to work by today or risk serious consequences.
The teachers have been on an-on-and-off strike since November last year over poor learning and teaching conditions in public schools.
Now, the government is warning them to return to work or face administrative sanctions.
