Liberia: the state of governance questionned

    A Public perception survey conducted by NAYMOTE, a pro-democracy group, shows widespread public resentment on the state of governance in Liberia.

    Among the 3,185 registered voters interviewed for the survey, 64% of the respondents said that the country was taking a turn for the wrong direction.

    Seventy percent of the respondents also described the current economic condition in the country as poor.

    The Executive Director of Naymote, Mr. Eddie Jarwolo spoke to WADR more about the findings of this survey.
