Tension is boiling over in Liberia as the head of four opposition Collaborating Political Parties Alexander Cummings and delegation were chased out of Grand Gedeh County in the southeastern region.

It all started when angry youths believed to be members of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change Party demanded Montserrado County District #10 Representative Yekeh Kolubah out of the county, accusing him of always insulting President George Weah.

The angry crowd besieged the Guest House for several hours throwing stones, something that prompted the deployment of the Armed Forces of Liberia as Riot Police officers could not handle the situation.

WADR’s Darlington Porkpa has been following the situation from Monrovia and now reports.
