Nigeria’s ministry of Aviation has commenced the deployment of Android robots to profile passengers ahead of the reopening of national airports.

The deployment is part of measures to curb the spread of Covid-19.

The Minister of Aviation and members of the presidential Taskforce on Covid-19 visited the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on Sunday to check the level of compliance with the released guidelines for air operations.

Usman Umar now reports from Abuja.
