COVID-19: Senegal declares state of emergency, imposes curfew

    Senegalese President Macky Sall on Monday declared a state of emergency and imposed a curfew to halt corona virus spread.

    The nationwide measures came as the country caseload of the virus topped 70. Senegal registered 12 new cases on Monday to take its total to 79.
