    It’s said that a divided house cannot progress.

    For a while, that’s what it seems in Liberia where the opposition and civil society have been leading protests against the government of President George Weah over corruption and economic harsh ships.
    But on the occasion of National Unification Day, today May 14, President George Weah is expected to convene a dialogue with the Council of Patriots who are planning a nationwide protest on June 7, to register their displeasure over the anomalies in his government.
    The deputy spokesman for the Liberian presidency, Smith Toby, spoke to WADR, underscoring the essence of the dialogue.
