Ghana’s Vice President, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has traveled abroad for further medical treatment after a sudden illness.

A statement from the Presidency confirmed she was hospitalized at the University of Ghana Medical Centre before being advised to seek specialized care.
