President John Dramani Mahama has tasked Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson with addressing a $156 million funding gap following the suspension of USAID assistance.

In an official letter, Mahama emphasized the urgency of securing alternative solutions to mitigate the impact on critical health sectors, including maternal health, HIV/AIDS, and family planning efforts.
