Utility service providers in Ghana are justifying their demands for an increase in tariffs despite widespread condemnation following the announcement of their proposals.
The Electricity Company of Ghana and the Ghana Water company are on their own demanding 148 percent and 334 percent increase in the current tariff rates paid.
