Ghana is expected to receive the third tranche of the IMF’s $3 billion bailout later today, after the executive board of the Bretton-Wood institution approved a $360 million payout to the country.

This decision comes after Ghana finalized a deal with its official creditor committee, a pre-requisite to unlock the second tranche.
