Ghana is to benefit from largest European Investment Bank EIB support for COVID health investment in Africa, with 75 million euro investment loan from the EIB.
It will receive an additional 7.5 million euro from the European Commission grant.
The approval of the funds comes after Ghanaian and EIB leaders discussed strengthening health and economic resilience in Africa, local vaccine manufacturing and private sector support.
