Ghana’s President Nana Akufo-Addo says the battle against illegal mining, popularly known as “galamsey” can be won if it is not politicized.
According to him, until the menace is treated with a nationalistic approach, the fight against it cannot be won.
The President of Ghana made his remarks at a meeting yesterday with the National House of Chiefs in the Ashanti Region of the country.
