Ghana’s President Nana Akufo-Addo has presented his final state of the Nation Address for his first term.
During the address in parliament Tuesday, President Akufo Addo expressed gratitude over the working relationship between the Executive and Legislative arm of government in the country.
He highlighted some of the bills passed by the 7th assembly, encouraging similar gestures with the next parliament as both the ruling party and the opposition political party, The National Democratic Congress, share equal seats on the floor.
Ahead of Thursday’s inauguration, outgoing President of the United State of America, Donald J. Trump, has designated a presidential delegation to attend the event.
