Ghana has entered a new era as John Dramani Mahama was sworn in as the country’s 6th President under the Fourth Republic in a grand ceremony at Black Star Square.
In his inaugural address, President Mahama promised a fresh start for governance, prioritizing economic recovery and addressing the challenges facing Ghanaians.
Accompanying this historic moment was the swearing-in of Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, who made history as Ghana’s first female Vice President, marking a significant step toward gender equality in leadership.
