Ghana’s Union of Traders Association (GUTA) has advocated for the elimination of the COVID-19 levy and the Special Import Levy in the 2024 budget.
Dr. Joseph Obeng, the President of GUTA, said, reducing the cost of doing business would lead to heightened productivity, enabling the government to achieve its revenue targets more effectively.
