Ghana fines spanish company $6 million for truck blast that killed 13

Maxam Company Limited, the company responsible for the mining explosives, which detonated in the western part of Ghana killing some 13 people and injuring hundreds, has been slapped with a 3 million dollar fine by the Ghanaian government.
