Ghana’s Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta, is in Washington DC, holding talks with the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva and members of the IMF team. 

The discussion is on the fiscal framework that Ghana has just presented to the Fund.
