The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has reported that, there is currently no active case of the Marburg virus in the Country.
According to the Statement released on Friday, two negative tests were carried out on the affected patient in 48 hours and the patient recovered, was discharged, and sent back home.
Marburg virus was confirmed in Ghana in July 2022.
