Ghana’s Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has assured that former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta will return to face the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).

This follows the OSP’s decision to remove Ofori-Atta from its wanted list after his legal team confirmed his return to Ghana in May 2025.

Ofori-Atta had been declared wanted over alleged corruption-related offences during his tenure, sparking weeks of uncertainty about his whereabouts.
