Gambia’s President Adama Barrow has attributed recent floods in the country to effects of climate change

The smallest country in mainland Africa Gambia experienced the biggest rainfall in 20 years last week causing severe floods in the capital Banjul and its environs.

The Gambia leader visited the installation of a pumping machine in Banjul which has been installed to draw water from residential areas into the river.
