The Gambia Press Union (GPU), with support from International IDEA and EU funding, has begun a two-day training program for journalists.

Focusing on conflict-sensitive reporting, the initiative aims to enhance media coverage of the Truth, Reconciliation, and Reparations Commission (TRRC) recommendations. The program highlights the media’s role in fostering transparency and accountability.
