Gambian President Adama Barrow has assured victims of former President Yahya Jammeh’s regime that “justice will be done.”

The Gambian leader made the commitment after the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission TRRC presented its report on Thursday.

Barrow says the government will issue a government paper on the report within six months. 

The white paper is expected to lay out a clear roadmap on the implementation of the report.
