Gambia’s President Adama Barrow on Thursday, chaired the swearing-in ceremony of a caretaker Cabinet at the State House, in Banjul.
The newly sworn-in caretaker Cabinet consists of all immediate past Cabinet Ministers who will continue to hold the same portfolio until further notice, the president said.
President Barrow who is expected to appoint a permanent cabinet in the near future urged the Vice President and ministers to perform their functions as prescribed in the oath and the laws of the Gambia.
