The U.S. government has given The Gambia 60 days to accept over 3,000 deported nationals or face full travel restrictions.
This ultimatum comes as Washington considers imposing travel bans on more than 40 countries as part of its migration policy reforms.
If The Gambia fails to comply, it could face severe travel limitations, affecting diplomatic and economic relations.
The government is now working on a response to address the U.S. concerns and prevent potential sanctions.
