Outgoing President of Benin’s Autonomous National Electoral Commission, CENA has suggested some reforms for the institution in the area of organizing elections and announcing electoral results. 

In a meeting with President Patrice Talon, Emmanuel Tiando suggested among other things, the expansion of the commissions headquarters to ensure efficiency.
