Michael Aondoakaa, Nigeria’s former Minister of Justice and Attorney General, has condemned the seizure of three presidential aircraft by Chinese firm, Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Ltd.

Aondoakaa stated that the planes are used solely for state operations, not commercial purposes, and thus enjoy sovereign immunity.
