West Africa continues to face enormous challenges in the production, distribution, and widespread use of farming inputs including peasant seeds, fertilizers and pesticides.
In Djmini, a small village in Kolda, Southern Senegal, Lamin Beyai, is trying to change the narrative through his small farming school “Ecole Beo lopen” which gathers people from various countries in West Africa, and beyond to advocate agroecology.
