Experts in Ghana are calling for the cessation of speculations about the local currency as the Economic Management team begins meetings on the Ghanaian economy. 

Ghana’s Economic management team has begun meeting to find solutions to the country’s worsening economic situation. 

The group in charge of developing policies that shape the government’s economic direction have come under intense criticism in the last few weeks following the continuous rise in inflation and the fast depreciation of the Cedi, which have resulted in high cost of living and an unbearable climate for businesses.
