Mali’s former Prime Minister Boubou Cissé has declared his innocence after an international warrant for "forgery, use of forgery and attack on public property" was issued for his arrest.
On Monday, the politician broke the silence through a press release to exonerate himself in the case of the purchase of armored vehicles from the South African company Paramount. A transaction costing 60 million dollars, or 37 billion CFA francs.
