Nigeria's Former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan has charged the ECOWAS Parliament to champion national processes that would strengthen democracy and improve governance in West Africa.
The former leader was speaking at the just concluded First Extraordinary Session of the Fifth ECOWAS Parliament in Monrovia, Liberia.
He advocated for the full deployment of technology at all stages of the electoral process to enhance credible elections across the West Africa region.
