Brussels has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Burkina Faso with development aid and food security assistance.
During a visit to Ouagadougou on Tuesday, João Gomes Cravinho, the EU’s Special Representative to the Sahel, assured Burkina Faso of ongoing support despite regional challenges.
Cravinho made this pledge during talks with Burkinabe Foreign Minister Jean Marie Traoré, emphasizing the EU’s dedication to strengthening cooperation and humanitarian efforts in the country.
