Abimbola Aladejare-Salako, Executive Director of New Generation Girls and Women Development Initiatives, has emphasized the need for increased mentorship and economic empowerment for young girls in West Africa.

Speaking to WADR’s Usman Umar in Abuja during the close-out session of a 12-week mentorship program for young feminists, she highlighted the importance of breaking societal norms that hinder women’s progress.
