Dozens of current and former heads of state and their representatives are expected to start arriving in Accra for the final funeral rites of Ghana’s longest serving President Flt. Lieutenant Jerry John Rawlings. Former President Rawlings passed away after a sort illness in December 2020.
In memory and celebration of his life, a four day state burial which started on Sunday has been organized.
