Ghana’s Information Minister-designate, has warned the country may be headed for tighter restrictions and a possible lockdown if COVID cases continue to rise.

Over the past 3 weeks, there has been an over 300% rise in the country’s case count with the death toll currently at 372

All regions in the country now have active cases with the Greater Accra Region remaining the epicentre.
