Côte d’Ivoire’s Independent Electoral Commission (CEI) has met with religious leaders ahead of the October 2025 presidential election.

The meeting focused on revising and auditing the electoral roll while introducing the Commission’s plans.

CEI President called on faith leaders to champion peace and unity during the election period.

The dialogue marks part of efforts to ensure credible and violence-free polls.
