Damana Pickass, a member of the opposition Party PPACI, and his co-defendants have been sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Abidjan Court of First Instance.

The charges included attacks on state security and criminal conspiracy. The public prosecutor had initially requested a 20-year sentence.
