In Ghana, the population will effective Monday, pay 15 percent more for one sachet of drinking water as producers transfer the rising cost of fuel, packaging materials as well as water and electricity tariffs to the consumer.
The price of sachet water popularly referred to as pure water and bottled water have seen price hikes in recent times with many considering tap water as an alternative to cut costs.
