A new report published by Spaces For Change (S4C) in collaboration with various civil society organizations, including the Civic Space Resource Hub (CRS-HUB) and the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI), has raised concerns over the rising use of Dual-Use Surveillance Technologies in Nigeria.
Supported by the Ford Foundation and others, the report emphasizes serious issues related to data privacy breaches, espionage, economic sabotage, corruption, and the illicit transfer of these technologies.
