The Chadian Government has called for justice after a video that showed the torture of a young former Chadian soldier, Nassour Mahamat Ishak by Libyan militias went viral.
The video which included a demand for a ransom of 35 million CFA francs (53 thousand euros) to effect his release, has sparked outrage.
