The first round of negotiations between Chad’s ruling transitional military council (TMC) and representatives of armed groups in Doha, the Qatari capital, has been delayed by 48 hours.
The talks, which were expected to resume on Wednesday, failed to start after the armed groups were unable to select 10 representatives to participate.
