Burkinabe President Roch Marc Christian Kabore told the UN General Assembly Thursday that his government has adopted economic and social measures in response to the Corona Virus pandemic.
He also highlighted terrorism as a major challenge the world must come together to tackle.
Burkina Faso is in the grip of a jihadist-led violence that has killed hundreds of people and displaced thousand others across the country.
President Kabore spoke through an interpreter.
