The Burkinabe military government says the country needs more than 3 billion dollars in funding for the implementation of the action plan for securing the territory.

Other plans include humanitarian response and the return to normal constitutional life.

This was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of the second visit of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) mediator Mahamadou Issoufou to Ouagadougou on Saturday.
