Liberian President Joseph Boakai has called for greater transparency and accountability in managing public funds.

Speaking at a Cabinet meeting on Monday, Boakai emphasized the importance of domestic resource mobilization in advancing his Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID).

The session focused on reviewing the government’s strategic plan and addressing gaps in financial oversight.

Officials were urged to ensure policies are not only well-implemented but also transparent and beneficial to citizens.
