A blue deal has been reached at the just concluded 9th World Water Forum in Dakar, with 5 pillars founded.

The deal which is termed the Dakar declaration 2022 highlights 5 critical pillars which will ensure water security and sustainability globally.

For Nigeria’s Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu, the declaration should go beyond rhetorics, while implementations should commence.

He spoke exclusively with WADR.
