Fabakary Tombong Jatta, leader of Gambia’s Alliance for Patriotic Reorientation and Construction (APRC), has admitted to internal party divisions, describing them as a “family dispute.”
Jatta, who doubles as Speaker of the National Assembly, defended the controversial alliance with the ruling National People’s Party (NPP), emphasizing its strategic importance.
He called for unity among party members, urging them to prioritize collective goals over individual differences.
